Know your skin before you buy anything

You don't need a dermatologist visit to get a first read on your skin type. With two minutes of observation and the visual diagnostic below, you'll already know where to start your routine.

Facial skin type

Pick a profile to see its traits and the recommended care approach.

Normal Skin

Optimal hydration and sebum levels. Even texture and a well-balanced, highly functional skin barrier.

Sebum production Balanced
Pore size Fine / barely visible
Recommended approach: Maintain the natural barrier with a gentle cleanser, antioxidants during the day, and daily sun protection.

Not sure which one you are? Try this

  1. Wash your face with a gentle cleanser and apply nothing else.
  2. Wait 30-60 minutes without touching your face.
  3. Check: if your whole face is shiny, it's oily; if it feels tight or flaky, it's dry; if it's only shiny on your forehead, nose, and chin, it's combination; if neither happens, it's normal.
  4. If you noticed itching, burning, or redness during the process, your skin is probably also sensitive — and that applies no matter which of the other types you have.

Heads up: if a product causes allergies, irritation, burning, or redness, it's best to stop using it. If the reaction persists, see a dermatologist.
